Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service course

Dynamics 365 Field Service helps organisations better position themselves in the marketplace by providing a variety of tools to help identify and plan resources and manage workloads for mobile workers. This course will provide students with the skills needed to identify and configure the key components used to deliver Field Service and mobile solutions. To follow this training you will receive official Microsoft study and exercise material. You You will receive the e-book that serves as a reference work for the practical execution of assignments in an an online learning environment. You will have access to this learning environment for six months. software, only a computer with an internet connection. In the online labs, you work through scenarios where you can immediately apply what you have learned in practice. By means of a practice exam, you can prepare yourself well for the corresponding Microsoft exam. This practice exam is also online. It consists of questions similar to those you can expect on the actual exam and provides detailed explanations of both correct and incorrect and incorrect answers. Certificate

After completing the training you will receive a certificate from Learnit. If you also book and complete the corresponding MB-240 exam, you will also receive an official certificate from Microsoft.

Prior knowledge

Candidates for this exam are Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultants with Field Service expertise. Candidates are responsible for implementing solutions that manage resources which complete the field service lifecycle. candidates implement the field service processes designed in collaboration with internal and external teams. This collaboration includes configuring the default administration areas of the Field Service application, deploying the Connected Field Service (IoT) solution and the mobile application, and implementing any additional customizations needed. Candidates are responsible for the configuration and deployment of the Field Service application in conjunction with the core customer service application.Candidates must have knowledge of how to configure and customize components of the Field Service application, including configuring services, resources, characteristics, incidents, inventory integration, service agreements, resource scheduling, work orders, service tasks, field service user roles, field service settings, the Connected Field Service (IoT) solution, and configuration of the Field Service Mobile app. Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) is not a prerequisite provided you have the above knowledge.
