Understand financial reporting better? Insight in risks, opportunities and company value? Learn it in the one-day financial analysis course from Learnit.

Yes, I want to know more

Financial Analysis Course

Insight into the financial situation and health of your company is a must for every finance professional. Especially when it comes to good financial planning and important management decisions such as takeovers, reorganisations, investments or financing. By analysing financial reports adequately and calculating ratios correctly, you can identify risks and opportunities for your company. And effectively estimate or even increase your company value.

In the three-day Financial Analysis course, you will work with all common methods of financial analysis as a basis for a result-oriented financial strategy.

Contents

On day 1, you learn all about financial strategy and ratios. Which methods you can use to derive the financial health of a company from its annual accounts. How to outline a result-oriented financial planning and strategy based on the current financial situation. And what the influence is of financial guidelines such as IFRS and US GAAP.

Day 2 is entirely devoted to market developments and cash flow analyses. You learn which financial indicators are important for which stakeholders. And what the relationship is between cash flow analysis, the value of your company, the investment need and the expected profitability.

On day 3, you will work on determining your business value, using tax techniques and ways to solve financing issues.

Using examples from well-known and less well-known organisations and cases from your daily practice, you will master the components of financial analysis in an accessible manner. Moreover, during the course days there will be ample opportunity to ask questions.
