IPMA-C course

Project management course for even better project results

Do you manage complex projects? Are you especially busy with the details and do you sometimes lose the overview? Do you want to give your project team clearer direction and resolve conflicts yourself? During the five-day IPMA-C course, you learn how to define roles and responsibilities within a project, and how to delegate activities. How you set up project standards and determine policy. In addition to putting together the right project team and managing time, money, quality, information and organisation, you determine the direction of the project team. And you are the one who keeps everyone involved and motivated. It is important that you do not lose yourself in details but develop a helicopter view. This is also dealt with extensively during the IPMA-C course.

Contents

During the five-day IPMA-C course, you will delve deeper into the general management activities of a project: setting project objectives, project phasing, project control and taking project decisions. You also learn more about, among other things, budgeting and planning in projects, value analysis and progress monitoring. The focus is on developing a helicopter view, whereby you as a project manager monitor and control the progress of your project from above.
