Successfully implementing complex, strategic projects within your organisation through good programme management? Learn it in the 2-day MSP® Foundation course from Learnit.Yes, I want to know more
Change is the order of the day in today's society. More and more often, change projects are carried out within an organisation as part of a programme. The big challenge here is to execute all these projects in a coordinated manner. This requires a good design and control of all processes involved. In short: good programme management is of vital importance within organisations.
Managing Successful Programmes® (MSP®) is a proven methodology for successfully implementing complex, strategic change programmes in the short and longer term. The MSP® framework fits seamlessly with widely used project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2® or ITIL®. It enables organisations to effectively manage multiple projects within a programme.
In the two-day programme management training MSP® Foundation you get acquainted with the MSP® method. You get knowledge and understanding of programme management in general and of MSP® in particular. On day 1 you will be introduced to the principles, themes and processes, using the MSP® Framework. On day 2 you get to work with the MSP® tools and techniques. Furthermore, you will prepare for the official MSP® Foundation exam.
