Outlook Basic Course
In the Outlook Basic Training you learn how to handle your e-mail communication, your agenda, your tasks and your contacts smartly and efficiently. In the first place you learn how to use Outlook. This includes receiving, replying, sending and forwarding mails and attachments, but also organising your mailbox, creating a standard signature, formatting your e-mails and setting up an 'out-of-office'-reply. Secondly, you learn how to place your contacts in your address list, how to use calendars and tasks and how, for example, to plan a meeting with Outlook.

During the training you will be guided by a social and competent trainer. At the beginning of the training, the trainer will discuss your entry level and what you want to get out of the training, so that you can focus on topics and exercises that are important to you.
Which version? 2013 and 2016.
When you register, you can fill in which version you are using. Our planners will then ensure that you can follow the training in the correct software version with the material written for this version.
After the course, you will know how to use Outlook to optimally manage your mailbox, your calendar and your contacts.
No experience with Outlook is required for this training. However, some experience with Windows is a plus. The Windows Basic training can be used as a basis.
This training can be followed in different versions. Please indicate whether you use Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 or 2019.
This training is offered on the basis of our Open Learning Method. This means that under the active guidance of our trainer, you work independently to master the material. This enables you to achieve your learning goals at your own pace without being hindered by the faster or slower pace of your fellow course members. The trainer will make sure you stay on track and achieve your learning goals. This type of learning allows for customisation. You are given the opportunity to bring in examples from your own practice and IT environment, which will help you learn even more specifically .
The training is provided in Dutch as standard. The trainer has a good command of the English language. Use can be made of course material in English. With a minimum of three participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
