Often with good results for both parties: the employee feels appreciated and challenged and the employer has skilled people in house who feel committed to the organisation. To steer this personal development of staff in the right direction, a clear approach is indispensable. A tried and tested method is the PDP - the Personal Development Plan.

The Personal Development Plan stimulates employee and employer to invest in the acquisition of work-related knowledge by means of a carefully designed protocol. But how do you give shape to such a protocol and how do you ensure that its implementation runs smoothly? The training POP interviews of Learnit Training offers you support in this matter. The training covers all the steps that are part of a solid development plan. From drawing up the 'contract' and the interim conversation to the practical implementation and evaluation of the final result.

Target group

The course is intended for managers, executives and anyone who fulfils a coaching role in any other way.

Prior knowledge

No specific prior knowledge is required for this course; the material is particularly suitable for beginning managers and executives. Depending on the wishes and experience of the course participants, the content may differ per course. In individual intake interviews prior to the course, an inventory is made of the learning goals of the course participants. The definitive form of the course will be determined on this basis.

Language

The training is provided in Dutch as standard. The trainer has a good command of the English language. Use can be made of course material in English. With a minimum of three participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.

The training takes 2 sessions of 3 hours, spread over 2 weeks.
