"The training course 'Writing a Project Plan' is ideally suited for those who have followed the training course 'Project Management' or who are getting acquainted with project work for the first time. The interactive way of teaching, and in particular the follow-up process (writing a project plan for an existing or fictitious project as a home assignment, which is commented on afterwards by the trainer), makes the training very instructive and above all practical." - Rating: 8.4

Course on writing a project plan

Learn how to write a thorough project plan, for projects with limited complexity

The success of your project is based on how well you prepare, structure and control the project. An important tool for this is the plan of approach (PoA). An PoA is a document that provides a detailed description of your project.

The training ' Writing a project plan' teaches you how to draw up a thorough PoA. A good PoA ensures that all those involved know what is expected of them and that the client gets what he wants. The training discusses the chapter structure of a usable PoA and the content of each chapter is discussed in detail. The training has two digital hand-ins. After the training you immediately start writing your first draft PoA. After two weeks you hand in your draft plan digitally. The trainer will give you feedback on the drafts you submit by e-mail. You have two weeks to make adjustments and further develop your concept. Then you hand in your second draft PoA digitally and receive feedback for the last time.
