"We recommend this training! As an internal consultant, it is sometimes difficult to give good advice in an organisation. In this training you will get a lot of tips and tops to make sure that the advised person takes your advice and you as an expert seriously, to apply LSD effectively, to find out where there is resistance and get rid of it, to create support for your advice, to look for common interests, not to judge too early, to look for creative solutions, to move along, go right away, possibly move away and certainly not too fast against moving, to apply influencing techniques and above all you will learn that you should always stand behind your own advice! Very valuable things to put in your "backpack" as a consultant. The training is practical (a lot of role-playing), so it sticks well." - Assessment: 8.2
