This training is ideally suited for HRM, PO employees or employees who perform part tasks in the field of HRM or PO. The training focuses on the regulation of regular labour law and Social Security Law, not on civil service law.
This training changes theory with practical examples, so that the theory can also be clearly placed in a recognizable framework. There is also the opportunity to discuss problems encountered by the participants in their own work situation.
