In the two-day training Business Valuation You learn all about the valuation of a company. Day 1 is characterized by valuation methods, the valuation process, valuation criteria, pitfalls and bottlenecks. On day 2 The financial and fiscal aspects of valuation are discussed. And you will learn how to reduce the risks of purchase or sale by properly due diligence research. Furthermore, we will go on waardemanagement and you will learn with which strategies you can increase the sales value of your company.

Prior knowledge

For the training Business Valuation, experience with financial management is desirable.

The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.

The training lasts 4 sessions of 3 hours, spread over 4 weeks.
