  • Stimulating self-reflection: How do you make sure your employee is consciously involved in his or her own development?

  • Dealing with the responsibility of both the employee and yourself: As a coaching manager it is important to work results-oriented. What is the distribution of responsibility?

  • Core qualities: What are your own qualities, pitfalls, allergies and challenges? And which qualities are as coaching manager important to bet and which is not right?

"During this training, theory and practice alternated well! The theory discussed strengthened my conviction as to why you can act in a certain way in certain situations. I thought the trainer came across as very professional. You notice that she really knows what she's talking about and that she was very good at responding to what we needed at that moment. For example, sometimes we talked about a certain situation that happened at work: she came up with handles that would be useful for us to apply in such a situation the next time. She was also able to connect theory with practice. Using practical examples, the theory became much clearer to me." - Assessment: 8.2
