Course Coaching Leadership

As a manager, you don't just want to hand out one-sided assignments, but in a two conversation with your employee, you will be able to get a clear picture of the talents and ideas. By taking note of your employees at this level, you can individually finetune and optimally distribute the tasks and responsibilities. A prerequisite for this is a safe, secure environment in which the employee feels seriously taken and can experience the freedom to show himself. This is achieved by not only above the employee, but also ernáást.

In the training Coaching leadership You develop your personal coachingsstijl, using skills such as exploring, reflecting, giving feedback and confronting. You will improve your leadership style and get the best out of your employees.

Topics

During the training, the following topics are covered:

  • What is coaching leadership exactly and when do you put it in?: As a coaching manager you have "3 caps" and are your leader, manager and coach. How do you find a balance here and do you pick it up?

  • Golden rules for effective coaching: the mapping of the desired scenario (goal), the current situation (reality), the Possibilities (options) and the approach (the will).

  • Essential Coaching Skills: Exploring, showing and reflecting empathy, giving feedback, challenging, provoking, confronting, motivating and giving confidence.

  • Responding to verbal, non-verbal and Paralinguale messages: What does an employee literally say, what does the body say, how does the voice sound and what effect does this have on the conversation?

  • Stimulating self-reflection: How do you make sure your employee is consciously involved in his or her own development?

  • Dealing with the responsibility of both the employee and yourself: As a coaching manager it is important to work results-oriented. What is the distribution of responsibility?

  • Core qualities: What are your own qualities, pitfalls, allergies and challenges? And which qualities are as coaching manager important to bet and which is not right?

  • Dealing with awkward situations and resistance: giving attention to feelings and emotions, by understanding the emotional phases of change.

  • Create plans and evaluate results: What is the purpose and how can you check if the employee is on the right track?

- Leadership of volunteers

"Training has met my requirements and I've learned a lot from it. Nice learning process."

"The training was very extensive, very good in content and certainly applicable in practice! A lot of practice with the camera, so there is a lot of room for feedback, self-reflection and deepening your own behaviour and skills. Highly recommended! - Review: 8.7

J. the Horseman, Parlan - Managing

"Training offered relevant information about working with / managing volunteers. Good insights into your own (leadership or other) qualities, and there was enough room for casuistry / exchange. Learned a lot, from the training, the trainer, the other students, and also learned a lot about myself". - Review: 8.8

A. Flim, Transvorm - Managing volunteers

"I have followed management courses before, but I was very happy with the approach of the training which was aimed at working with volunteers. It was an eye-opener."

"As far as I'm concerned, it's a training that's a good mix of theory and practice. It gives you self-confidence to embark on the process of change with an open mind!" - Assessment: 8.1

Gert Ravensbergen, Police Hollands Midden - Managing changes and reorganisations

"This training makes you aware of the do's and don'ts of dealing with volunteers, and the pitfalls that come with it. You will become much more aware of the motivations and underlying emotions of volunteers and learn to communicate in a more open, respectful and effective way. There really were some eye-openers! What you have learned can be applied immediately and produces immediate results. Highly recommended!" - Assessment: 8.4

M. Budding, NKC - Managing volunteers

"This training has something to offer both an experienced and starting manager." - Assessment: 8.4

Sara Dros, Welfare Lelystad - Managing

"Because of the fine way of teaching, there has been a lot of room to treat all facets of volunteer management well. In addition to the highly professional attitude of the trainer, there was also sufficient space to give substance to the teaching material from the trainer's own perspective and experience. Very varied program. Very knowledgeable trainer." - Assessment: 9.2

S. Reeves, Arduin Foundation - Managing volunteers

"The training was very good and practical. The advantage of a small group appealed to me enormously. The broad expertise of the trainer and ample attention to each individual was great. To me a topper." - Assessment: 8.4

N. Amann, Nickelson - Managing

"Because the trainer had inquired about my wishes by telephone before the training, the content of the training fitted in well with my work situation and I was able to make optimal use of it. I found the trainer very skilful and flexible in the composition of the program: she could immediately respond to stumbling blocks. There was plenty of variation, the pace and level was good and the role-plays, sometimes filmed, were not my favorite parts, but very useful. You learn the most from this." - Rating: 8.6
