H. Thorn Ball, Agrifirm Plant - Coaching skills: practical basic techniques

"The trainer appealed to me enormously, because she was able to judge the group very precisely and adapted the lesson material accordingly. The trainer gave space to the participants to show emotions during the training. And was able to deal with this professionally and respond to it. She gave imaginative examples and cases. Personally, I didn't need a textbook because it wasn't used in the training; maybe it could have been used in handouts as well. Learnit Training comes across to me as professional, enthusiastic and representative". - Rating: 8.6

M. de Boer, SRC Culture Holidays - Coaching skills: practical basic techniques

"Very good training. I've heard a lot of things I can do. The book you get the first day of class is very pleasant to read and a fine reference work. What I really liked was that there were three of us, a very small group. Because of this all three of us got a lot of attention from the trainer and there was also a lot of discussion. I really liked the trainer; her approach appeals to me. You got actively involved. The fact that the trainer makes use of her psychological background was also an advantage. Learnit Training left a good impression on me. We were kept well informed by email. At the location, the service was good." - Rating: 8.0

"I personally enjoyed this training very much. The two days were very intensive, but fortunately our trainer gave us the freedom to take a break once in a while. I have personally learned a lot in these two days, especially through the exercises we have done with regard to coaching conversations. The lesson material is quite spicy, but is explained clearly and calmly and where there are still questions, time is taken to clarify the unclear. All in all, a top trainer with a nice trainer!" - Rating: 9.0

"I didn't expect to know what coaching meant when I took the coaching skills course. But during these two days, it's become clear to me. With practical assignments and blocks of theory I now know what coaching is, how you do it, that I haven't done it yet, but that I really enjoy doing it". - Assessment: 8.4

I. the Lion, Everest - Coaching skills: practical basic techniques

"The content of the training fits well with my personal needs. It was a varied training with a well-created and for me safe setting. In order to get even more out of what I have learned, the training could consist of three days, so that you can practice what you have learned even more in practice and the trainer can still respond to it. I found the trainer motivating, clear and very knowledgeable. She got more out of the predetermined goals which I experienced as pleasant and interesting. I have no areas for improvement." - Rating: 8.0
