Yes, I want to know more

"I experienced the Delegating at Learnit training as very positive. A big advantage I think is that the training was given with a small group of participants, so it was possible to discuss the courses of each participant from his / her practice. The trainer prepared the training in a positive way, inspired the group and taught me a practical handle. I am very satisfied with the communication with Learnit and the information obtained from Learnit." - Rating: 9.8

Delegate Course

By delegating more or more cleverly, you can better focus on the broad lines within your organization, making it more likely to achieve higher-level goals. In addition, you offer your employees opportunities to develop further. By delegating well you get more involved and motivated employees. In short: A firmer organization and more freedom of movement for you.

But what tasks can you transfer? And to whom? And how do you keep them as motivated as you are? Finding the right balance is not always easy. In our Delegating training we test and improve your delegation skills. You will get clarity about how delegating fits your position, how you deal with this and what common pitfalls are, so you can avoid them.

Topics

  • The Art of delegating: What is still and what is no longer delegating? We discuss the advantages and disadvantages, common pitfalls and how to delegate to fit your position.

  • Delegating and checking: What tasks do you delegate to which colleague? And how do you keep the person just as motivated as yourself? What are the criteria for a suitable task and how do you choose the right person to do this?

  • Basic conversation techniques in delegating: which communicative skills ease the delegation?

  • Creating Engagement: How do you make sure you (together with your) colleague take responsibility and deliver the right effort? We deal with sharing responsibility, assigning authority and boundaries, guiding and coaching, and following up on agreements made.
