Financial management course for the non-financial manager

In the training financial management for the non-financial manager you get a solid foundation in financial management. We start with basic economic principles and quickly build your knowledge. You get to know all parts of the financial statements and learn how to deal with commonly used analytical tools. Gradually you learn the significance of all kinds of vital concepts such as liquidity position, profitability or ratio analysis. This way you can communicate with these topics without any problems. You learn to approach financial issues in the right way and to substantiate decisions in a responsible manner. And you learn to put the financial side of the case on paper. After following this exciting training, you have a solid financial knowledge and skills base.

With the help of the theory you learn how to solve the following questions:

- How do you correctly explain financial accountability?
The necessary theory is practised directly on the basis of recognizable practice cases, so that you can make yourself the substance properly. You get a large amount of personal attention and leeway. Our experienced teachers ensure that you can apply the fabric directly to your practical situation. To determine the learning pathway, it is often useful and instructive to bring your own practical examples. It is useful to pass this on to Learnit prior to the training. Your files can be taken on a CD-ROM or USB. You may also email your files to us for training.
This training is ideally suited for managers and employees of a company who regularly deal with financial issues without having to be responsible for themselves. The training helps to facilitate communication between layman and CFO, controller or auditor.
No prior knowledge is required for this training.
The course description above gives you a good indication of what the training will look like. However, the content may vary slightly per training, depending on the knowledge, practical experience and learning objectives of the participants. Individual intake interviews prior to the training will be used to enumerate the learning objectives of the participants. On this basis, the final programme of the training is determined.
The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
