Financial Analysis Course

Understanding the financial situation and health of your business is a must for any finance professional. Especially when it comes to good financial planning and important management decisions such as takeovers, restructurings, investments or financing. By properly analyzing financial reports and calculating ratios in the right way, you can identify risks and opportunities for your company. And effectively estimate or even increase your business value.

In The three-day course financial analysis, you'll get started with all the common financial analysis methodologies as a basis for a result-oriented financial strategy.

Content

On Day 1 You will learn all about financial strategy and ratios. With which methodologies you can deduce the financial health of a company from the annual accounts. How to draw up a result-oriented financial planning and strategy based on the current financial situation. And the impact of financial directives such as IFRS and US GAAP.

Day 2 is entirely marked by market developments and cash flow analyses. You will learn which financial ratios are important for which stakeholders. And what the relationship is between cash flow analysis, the value of your business, investment needs and expected profitability.

On day 3, you'll get started with determining your business value, using tax techniques and ways to solve financing pieces.

On the basis of examples of well-known and less well-known organisations and cases from your daily practice, you make the parts of financial analyses accessible in a way. In addition, during the course days there is ample opportunity to ask questions.

Day 3. Increase the value of your business and leverage tax advantages

Prior knowledge

For the training financial analysis, knowledge of financial administration at HBO/WO level is required.

The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
