In The two-day course flexible at work you learn techniques to stimulate more flexibility within your organization.

On Day 1 you will be busy with the science behind flexibility. Why is flexible at work so important and what does it deliver to your employees, your team and your organization? What are the characteristics of flexible employees and what mindset should you have for that?

Day 2 is all about what you can do as an organisation and as a manager to improve the flexibility of your employees. We look at both the organisational and technological framework conditions as well as the necessary management skills to embed flexibility in your organisational culture.

The science behind adaptability: why do what you always did no longer work, the benefits of flexibility and resilience on the work floor, the flexible mindset, characteristics of a flexible employee, how to become and stay as manager flexible?

The new work and impact on your employees, the relationship between organisational structure, culture and flexibility, framework conditions for greater flexibility.

Developing flexible employees

Important competencies for flexible employees, roles of flexible employees, sharpen your personal leadership, work posture: from reactive to proactive, important goals in flexible working, develop and support your employees.

Developing flexible teams

Why flexible teams are important, flexibility and ability to collaborate, techniques to cope smoothly with change and awkward situations.


The flexible at work course is intended for executives, change managers and transformation managers who want to support their employees in developing more flexibility and resilience.


Learnit offers the training flexibly at work as a classroom training or incompany training. The training takes place in small groups and is provided by an experienced trainer. Theory and practice assignments alternate, so at the end of the course you have a good start to an action plan to improve the flexibility of your organization.

Afterwards, a Learnit certificate will be issued as proof of participation.

Prior knowledge

In order to participate in the Flexible at Work course, you need some knowledge of change management.


The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
