The two-day IoT training covers the basic concepts, terminology and main components of the Internet of Things. On Day 1 You will learn more about the business side of the Internet of Things. The business perspectives of IoT are addressed, including the benefits and earning models. On day 2 You will get started with the technological side of IoT, including the technologies that enable the IoT and the challenges that it entails. On the basis of daily case cases, you will experience how IoT cleverly is applied in products and services. And how organizations can take the step to IoT. In addition, the prospects and future forecasts for IoT are discussed.

The IoT Foundation training is meant for anyone who wants to know more about the possibilities of Internet of Things and everyone who has to do with the policy or development side of IoT. For example, business development managers, IT service managers, risk managers, Business Intelligence (BI) managers, big data managers, data scientists, IT project and program managers, information managers, business analysts, information and enterprise Architects, innovation managers, software consultants, business process Architects, Enterprise Architects and solution architects.
Learnit offers the course Internet of Things Foundation in various forms of learning, including as open enrollment and incompany. The IoT training is given in Dutch. The training material and the IoT Foundation exam are in English.
After completing the course Internet of Things Foundation:
If you follow the training to certify yourself, you can also directly book the corresponding exam with us. The cost of an exam is €185,00 (excl. VAT). You can schedule the exam online and follow it at a time that suits you. During the exam, you will be monitored by a proctor via webcam and microphone. If you want to follow this exam you can indicate this in the remarks field on the registration form.
To participate in the course Internet of Things Foundation You do not need any specific prior knowledge. The course is taught in Dutch but the teaching material is in English, so good command of the English language is required.
The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
