Kepner-Tregoe is an efficient and effective method for identifying, analysing and solving problems. The Kepner-Tregoe method (KT method) divides the problem into four processes. This helps you to look at every aspect of the problem systematically, to quickly eliminate certain causes and to draw up a structured list of tasks and priorities for each process. This creates a consistent and constructive way of working. In the 2-day Kepner-Tregoe course you will learn how to apply the KT method in your daily work. And how to improve the quality of your services.
On day 1 of the Kepner-Tregoe course you will get to know the basic principles of problem solving decision making (PSDM) methods in general and the Kepner-Tregoe method in particular. What are the application possibilities of Kepner-Tregoe? And the pros and cons? On day 2 you will start using the KT method. Using examples from your daily practice, you will learn how to analyse and solve problems quickly and systematically using the Kepner-Tregoe matrix.

The Kepner-Tregoe training course is intended for anyone who is involved in identifying and solving problems according to the ITIL incident management process. For example, service desk staff, problem managers, incident managers, auditors or quality managers.

The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
