Everyone writes for his work. Whether it is an email to confirm appointments, or a report or policy plan: you write to be read and understood. That does not happen by itself. Often it takes more time and attention than you actually have for it. Learnit's writing training can help you write professional texts that happen more quickly and with more confidence.
For this we will first map the training to whom you write and what message you want to convey. That not only determines how you speak to your reader and what you need to tell or not, but also the structure and order of your text. For example, we work from large to small: you learn to divide your text into paragraphs that are logically interconnected, and then formulate clear and concise phrases. And finally, we devote attention to word selection and correct writing.
Below you will find an overview of topics that are discussed in the training customer oriented writing. This programme can be supplemented by subjects from the participants who come out of the intake.
This training is especially practical. Of course we exchange listening, sharing, trying and reflecting (also among themselves). In order to make sure that you actually write better texts in your workplace faster and thus take the training you need, the training is also interactive. You can ask your questions, you will also learn from the other participants and you will get a lot of tips to find an answer in practice on, for example, Word and spelling questions.

The training focuses mainly on the Dutch language area. But customer-oriented writing is more international than you think. If you have to write English, German or French for your work, you can still get the most tips out of the feet.
