Course Lean Six Sigma-Orange Belt

Manage small improvement projects independently

Do you want to lead small improvement projects independently? Or contribute to process improvement within your own organization under the direction of a Green Belt or Black Belt? In the 2-day Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt Course of Learnit you'll learn to send simple projects using Lean Six Sigma. You will learn to apply Lean and Six Sigma in a practical way.

The Orange Belt training is the intermediate step between the Yellow belt and the Green Belt training. In two days you will learn all about the background and theory of Lean Six Sigma and how the Lean methodology in an improvement project is applied for the best result.

Content

The Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt course includes 2 days. On Day 1 You put a good foundation for Lean Six Sigma projects. You will learn how to design and implement an improvement project. The knowledge of DMAIC is refreshed, Lean tools like Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and 5S are covered. And you experience how and where these instruments are used within a Lean project.

Day 2 begins with a deepening of the DMAIC cycle. You will learn which place DMAIC (Define, measure, analysis, Improve, Control) has within a Lean improvement project. What is the purpose of each step, how to apply DMAIC and what instrument is used at what step. We will continue in time and rhythm within a Lean improvement project. In addition, Lean manufacturing is discussed, and the difference between push and pull production.
