The Orange Belt training is the intermediate step between the Yellow belt and the Green Belt training. In two days you will learn all about the background and theory of Lean Six Sigma and how the Lean methodology in an improvement project is applied for the best result.
The Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt course includes 2 days. On Day 1 You put a good foundation for Lean Six Sigma projects. You will learn how to design and implement an improvement project. The knowledge of DMAIC is refreshed, Lean tools like Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and 5S are covered. And you experience how and where these instruments are used within a Lean project.
Day 2 begins with a deepening of the DMAIC cycle. You will learn which place DMAIC (Define, measure, analysis, Improve, Control) has within a Lean improvement project. What is the purpose of each step, how to apply DMAIC and what instrument is used at what step. We will continue in time and rhythm within a Lean improvement project. In addition, Lean manufacturing is discussed, and the difference between push and pull production.
The Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt Training is designed for anyone who wants to start improving work processes in Lean Six Sigma mode. Managers, employees but also Freelancers can participate in the training. This training is also very suitable for teams that are working with Lean Six Sigma.
During the course Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt, theory and practice are constantly changing. In Practice-oriented assignments and process simulations you are going to work directly with the application of the theory. This way you learn to understand how the Lean principles work in practice.
At the end of the Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt Training:
To participate in the training Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt You must have the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
