A good idea for a new product or company is one, but in concrete making that idea comes more look. To shape an organization, a marketing plan is indispensable. Is there a question about your product? Who is the target group? How do you put your product in the market? And what does the competitor do? These and other questions emerge in the marketing plan.

In our three-day training Marketing Plan you will learn where to meet a good marketing plan. You define a strategy, determine the target group and create a budget specification. Also, setting up a sound Internet strategy is addressed, so that you can reach a larger audience and is also well-found by Google. An important training component is the creation of an internal and external analysis. By making these analyses, you get acquainted with everything that is important in your field. With the external analysis you map the competitors, customers and the market. You also look where you have strengths and weaknesses by creating a SWOT analysis. An internal analysis is appropriate to get a good idea of the state of play within your own company. It is compared to the competitors, so you can find out where there are still opportunities for your company.

The description above gives a good indication of what the training will look like. However, the content may vary slightly per workout. In Learnit Training we think in customization: practical situations of the participants are always our starting and ending points. Individual intake interviews prior to the training will be used to enumerate the learning objectives of the participants. On this basis, the final programme of the training is determined. Learning by experienced state in our trainings is paramount, because nothing is so demotivating as a teacher who is lesson time full of talk. The training requires an active commitment and ownership of each participant, resulting in the discovery and development of new skills and opportunities.

No prior knowledge is required for this training.


The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
