Mission and Vision, these are two terms that you now hear many within organizations rondzoemen. Each self-respecting organisation should have a mission and vision, which sets out the organization's right to existence. It gives direction, brings focus and (far) binds both employees and customers. Yet it is not always clear to many companies or organizations exactly what their mission and vision is. If they are formulated, they do not always fit seamlessly with their business strategy. Important questions for companies and organisations to come to a mission and vision are: What do we really want to radiate to the outside world? And where do we distinguish ourselves from other parties?
When a mission and vision are formulated, a next challenge is how to make it more livable within the organization and to make it part of the business strategy. How do you, for example, ensure that people actually start working from the mission? Which core values are important and what actions are needed to translate them into practice?
In the two-day training mission, vision and strategy you will learn what the value of a mission and vision is. Why are these important for your company or organization? We will dwell on what these terms mean and how you, as an organisation, make your mission and vision more concrete. How do you, for example, make sure that they will live more in your organisation? During the training we start with the insight and concrete making of the mission and vision. Then we work on how to make it more practical. We stand by the core values attached to the mission and the core qualities that employees must have to keep the mission alive. Ultimately, we translate these insights into a concrete action plan and help us to integrate the mission into your business strategy.

In the training we alternate between practical experience, experimenting with behavior and techniques, reflecting and exploring theory. This will close the training program to all type of participants. There is a lot of action in the training, so you actually experience the effect of new behavior. This enables the recognition of success. We also emphasise that everyone is responsible for their own growth process and must take ownership of them. The course description above gives you a good indication of what the training will look like. However, the content may vary slightly per training, depending on the knowledge, practical experience and learning objectives of the participants. Individual intake interviews prior to the training will be used to enumerate the learning objectives of the participants. On this basis, the final programme of the training is determined.
The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
