MSP Foundation Course

The basis for successful program management

Change is the order of the day in today's society. More and more, change projects are being carried out within an organization as part of a program. The major challenge is to implement all these projects in a coordinated manner. This requires proper design and control of all processes involved. In short: Good program management is of vital importance within organisations.

Managing Successful Programmes® (MSP®) is a proven methodology to successfully implement complex strategic change programmes in the short and longer term. The MSP® Framework seamlessly connects to commonly used project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2® or ITIL®. It enables organizations to effectively control multiple projects within a program.

The two-day MSP® Foundation programme management training course introduces you to the MSP® method. You will gain knowledge of and insight into programme management in general and MSP® in particular. Based on the MSP® Framework you will get acquainted with the principles, themes and processes on day 1. On day 2 you will start working with the MSP® tools and techniques. You are also preparing for the official MSP® Foundation exam.
