Course neurolinguistic Programming (NLP): An Introduction
NLP is a personal development method that helps you to take full advantage of your capabilities. The method is based on the idea that what another can achieve is also for you, with the underlying notion that it is possible to fathom and learn the strategies that are hidden behind the successful behaviour of others. The fundamentals of the method have emerged in the 1970s in the U.S. over the past few decades, NLP has become a valuable method that is applied globally in education, business, coaching and various therapy forms.
In NLP, the spotlights are focused on the patterns that control human communication and our behaviour. NLP allows us to modify these patterns and structures, as well as to learn new patterns. The method counts with the view that we are surrendered to the context in which we live, in which we grow up. Thanks to our inner resources – and the right motives – we are able to detach ourselves from these environmental factors and achieve the goals we have in mind. NLP provides the tools to control these resources.
In the training neurolinguistic programming (NLP): An introduction you are going to learn to think ' out of the box '. It gives you a new perspective on reality, making it possible to achieve your goals. NLP teaches you to build your report – to communicate optimally with your environment, irrespective of subjective value judgements. The results of NLP are impressive. A few examples: more confidence in yourself and in your capacities (what another can, you can also learn), easier learning, less peaking, improved communication with others and yourself, being able to think and act more creatively , can regulate emotions and gain insight into your main life goals and realize them.
- Understanding your own World Model: How do you look at the world and what does that mean to you and your surroundings?
- Communicating WITH NLP: How do you increase the effect of your communication?
- Build a report: Build stronger relationships with the people around you
- Defining and Achieving goals: What should happen to you so that you achieve your goals?
- Anchoring: How does our brain react to signals and how can you control your brain?
In the training we alternate between practical experience, experimenting with behavior and techniques, reflecting and exploring theory. This will close the training program to all type of participants. There is a lot of action in the training, so you actually experience the effect of new behavior. This enables the recognition of success. We also emphasise that everyone is responsible for their own growth process and must take ownership of them. In Our training We invite you to reflect continuously and to make connections with the practice. Our aim is to increase understanding and to make your own translation. This will increase the likelihood of real change in behaviour.
