How do you make sure that the quotations you deliver are more likely to hit their target? After all, a first impression will only be made once, so it is important that you start from the beginning of the quotation process well. Speed and accuracy are decisive in every trajectory, as well as empathy power and tenacity. The applicant is looking for the best for himself: You should therefore show that you know how you can offer this to the customer. You should be able to live in the customer, respond quickly to his or her request and be proactive and enterprising in the sales process.

In the training quotations , you will learn what steps you need to take in the quotation process. You will learn how to respond best to a request and how to draw up a good, conclusive quotation. We will discuss what is in a quotation and what different ways you can charge. In addition, it is practiced to present the cost plate in the most attractive way possible. We also go into the writing process: it is very important to send a complete, clear and flawless quotation, which does not call more questions than it answers. Finally, you will learn how to provoke comments to follow up on a quotation, and what to do in the last contact and follow-up with the customer.

In the training we alternate between concrete experience, experimenting with behavior and texts, reflecting, and exploring theory. This will close the training program to all type of participants. There is a lot of action in the training, so you can actually experience the effect of new behavior. This enables the recognition of success. We See the release of quotations as a continuous learning process: Every time you complete a journey, you will be better at it-if it is good. In the training, you will be given a lot of attention to your own quotation issues and that of fellow students, which gives you insight in the various ways of quoting. By means of (home) assignments you train the acquired knowledge, so you can apply it in practice as quickly as possible.


This training is ideally suited for Freelancers, freelancers and employees in a sales department who want to be better at writing quotations.

The course description above gives you a good indication of what the training will look like. However, the content may vary slightly per training, depending on the knowledge, practical experience and learning objectives of the participants. Individual intake interviews prior to the training will be used to enumerate the learning objectives of the participants. On this basis, the final programme of the training is determined.


The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.


Mentioned prices are per person, including course material. Lunch is included in the training on location.

We organiseren deze training ook online. Hiervoor maken we gebruik van Webbex of Zoom. Inloggen met Skype is ook mogelijk. Op verzoek kan deze training ook met Microsoft Teams worden georganiseerd.

The training lasts 4 sessions of 3 hours, spread over 4 weeks.
