Hoe interpreteer je bij een videogesprek de lichaamstaal van je gesprekspartner en hoe zorg je dat je controle houdt over het gesprek? Om jezelf en je product online zo goed mogelijk te presenteren, is meer nodig dan een goed verhaal, een glimlach en de juiste kleding. Wat doe je als het gesprek lastig wordt, als je gesprekspartner maar blijft praten of als je veel weerstand voelt? Online goede zakelijke gesprekken voeren vraagt om een andere houding, andere aandacht en een andere dynamiek. Tijdens de cursus komen alle aspecten aan bod om ook hierin succesvol te zijn.

Prior knowledge

Er is geen specifieke voorkennis vereist. Afhankelijk van de leerdoelen kan de reguliere training gesprekstechnieken een pre zijn.

Note

Deze cursus is vooral gericht op zo efficiënt mogelijk online werken. Voor in company-trainingen kan een combinatiecursus gemaakt worden met verschillende gesprektechnieken.

The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
