Een personeelsmanager heeft twee partijen tevreden te houden: aan de ene kant de directie en aan de andere kant de werknemers zelf. Het is aan jou om hier een goede balans in te vinden. Deze training helpt je daarbij.Yes, I want to know more
As a staff manager you have two parties to keep satisfied with each their own interests. On the one hand, you have to deal with staff that wants a good salary and working conditions. On the other hand, the Executive board, which wants a well-functioning labour force at low cost. The challenging task here is to find the right balance.
In the training staff management , you will learn everything a personnel manager needs to know in order to represent these different interests as best as possible. In the training a lot of attention is paid to the selection process. Learn how to take advantage of the right job and save your business time, money and energy. The conduct of performance and selection interviews is discussed in detail. Problems you notice with your staff analyze and build up an advice. We teach you how to best take this advice to the management.
Besides practicing with practical situations, there is also theory that is indispensable for a personnel manager. We pay attention to labour law and to the most important social legislation. After this three-day training you will be aware of the latest developments in your field and you will be aware of everyone's interests, including of course yours too!
In the training we alternate between practical experience, experimenting with behavior and techniques, reflecting and exploring theory. This will close the training program to all type of participants. There is a lot of action in the training, so you actually experience the effect of new behavior. This enables the recognition of success. We also emphasise that everyone is responsible for their own growth process and must take ownership of them. In Our training We invite you to reflect continuously and to make connections with the practice. Our aim is to increase understanding and to allow you to make the translation. This will increase the likelihood of real change in behaviour.
