Course POP Conversations

More and more organisations are investing in the personal development of their employees. With often good results for both parties: the employee feels valued and challenged and the employer has skilled people in the house who feel involved in the organization. In order to manage this personal development of the workforce, a clear approach is indispensable. A proven method is the POP-personal development plan.

The Personal development plan encourages the employee and the employer to invest in the collection of knowledge related to the work through a carefully established protocol. But how do you give shape to such a protocol and how do you make sure its implementation is as desired? The training POP- conversations of Learnit training offer you a support in the back. The training will cover all the steps that form part of a thorough development plan. From the drafting of the ' contract ' and the interim discussions, to the practical implementation and the evaluation of the final result.

Target

The course is intended for managers, executives and anyone else who plays a coaching role in a different way.

Prior knowledge

No specific prior knowledge is required for this course; The material is particularly suitable for novice managers and executives. Depending on the student's wishes and experience, the content can vary by course. Individual intake interviews prior to the course will be used to enumerate the learning objectives of the students. On this basis the final form of the course is determined.

Language

The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.

We also organize this training online. For this we use Webbex or Zoom. Logging in with Skype is also possible. On request this training can also be organized with Microsoft Teams.

The training lasts 2 sessions of 3 hours, spread over 2 weeks.
