Course Project Plan Writing
' Learn to write a solid project plan, for projects with limited complexity '.
The success of your project is based on how well you prepare, organize, structure and control the project. An important tool is the Plan of Action (PvA). A PvA is a document that gives a detailed description of your project.
In The Training Project plan you learn to make a thorough PvA. A good PvA ensures that all those involved know what is expected of them and the client gets what he wants. The next item is a chapter classification of a usable PvA; The contents of each chapter are discussed in detail. The training has two digital delivery times.
After the training you will immediately start to write your first concept PvA. After two weeks, you digitally deliver your concept plan. By e-mail you will receive feedback from the trainer on your delivered concept. You have two weeks to make your adaptation and elaborate your concept. After that you will again digitally deliver your second concept PvA and you will receive feedback for the last time.
