Your body is your instrument, but sometimes this instrument can falter and thwart you. This can create quite a bit of tension. During this training we literally tackle the tension: out of your head and into your body! You will get to know your body again through physical exercises. By entering into the tension, increasing it and getting it under control through playful techniques, you will notice that the focus is shifted and blockages are lifted. As a result, you can relax and achieve your goals with more pleasure.

Your breathing stops during that first date, just before that important job interview you have to go to the toilet, and during a short speech to your married friends your hands don't stop shaking.

Tension... The same tension that prepares you for a threatening situation and allows you to make choices quickly, paralyses you at times when you want to come into your own. Now it is possible to stop this by addressing yourself rationally and looking at the situation realistically, but that doesn't help when the body has already taken over, sometimes your body has its own agenda!

The profit lies in getting to know your body and finding out what language your body speaks, so that you can get a grip on the system that can also bring you to great heights.

But what can you pay attention to and how do you apply this at the moment supreme? During this training you will learn to recognize and interpret physical reactions, and you will find out how to deal with them through physical exercises.

This training is for anyone who wants to understand and control his or her body (during stressful situations). 


After this workshop:

In the training we alternate between concrete experience, experimenting with techniques, reflecting and exploring theory. In this way the workshop connects to all types of participants. There is action in the training, so that you actually experience the effect of new behaviour. This makes the recognition of success possible. In addition, we emphasize that everyone is responsible for his or her own growth process. In our workshop we invite you to continuously reflect and make connections with the practice. Our aim is to increase insight and to let you make the translation yourself.


Overcome fears


The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.


Mentioned prices are per person, including course material. Lunch is included in the training on location.

We also organize this training online. For this we use Webbex or Zoom. Logging in with Skype is also possible. On request this training can also be organized with Microsoft Teams.

The training lasts 2 sessions of 3 hours, spread over 2 weeks.
