Elke organisatie streeft naar goed samenwerkende teams. Maar door de verschillen in dynamiek, samenwerking en communicatie, ontstaan er ondanks vergelijkbare samenstellingen ook intrigerende verschillen tussen teams. Door middel van Team coaching zorgt Learnit Training ervoor dat teams na afloop sterker in hun schoenen staan, verschillen naast elkaar kunnen bestaan én gewaardeerd kunnen worden. De teamcoach zoekt samen met het team naar collectieve denk- en gedragspatronen binnen de groep, zodat de samenwerking constructief aangepakt kan worden.

Onder elk team liggen veel lagen van onderlinge verhoudingen, manieren van organiseren, onbewuste opvattingen en verschillende drijfveren. Door deze lagen in de loop van team coaching onder de loep te leggen, komt aan het licht hoe de leden van het team met elkaar bepaalde patronen in stand houden die (niet) effectief zijn. De insteek van team coaching is de competentieontwikkeling te vergroten. Hierdoor verbetert de samenwerking van het team onderling en de interactie tussen het gecoachte team en haar omgeving. Op deze manier kunnen gewenste resultaat- en procesdoelstellingen gerealiseerd worden.

Carline

Groei en ontwikkeling: dat zijn de twee begrippen waar mijn passie al jarenlang ligt, in de breedste zin van het woord. Met klanten resulteert dit in mooie, inzichtgevende adviesgesprekken, begeleiding, trainingen en (team)coaching. Het vergroten van inzicht in eigen kunnen en onderzoeken wat de ander belemmert om een volgende stap te zetten. Door goed te luisteren wat er (niet) gezegd wordt, een respectvolle spiegel voor te houden en altijd aan te sluiten bij de klant. Ik wil mensen in beweging zetten vanuit contact en verbinding en vanuit de overtuiging dat iedere deelnemer zelf het beste weet wat er nodig is, maar alleen even dat zetje in de goede richting nodig heeft. Mijn aanpak: in een veilige omgeving actiegerichte oefeningen ervaren die confronterend kunnen zijn, maar waar de lach ook zeker niet ontbreekt. Elke training, groep en individu is anders, en daarom altijd maatwerk. En wat is dat leuk en leerzaam!

Leah

A team is more than the sum of the individual team members. A team can even make the impossible possible, but sometimes teams bite their tails and lock themselves in place by staying in rusted and worn patterns, and the strength of the team, the system, helps to maintain this. This pattern can often be broken by change or input from outside. As a team coach, I work with the team to find out what those patterns are and bring them to light, thinking about constantly complementing or discussing each other, or any other behaviour that is characteristic of the team. By naming this and discussing it, it becomes clear what is going on in the undercurrent of the team, which makes this behaviour characteristic of the team. This creates relaxation and space for other behaviour. I believe that every team can get even more out of itself by (daring to) go through that research and look in the mirror of the team. Every time I enjoy the journey and development of a team.

Dorien

Everyone and everything changes continuously. Every man and every team. I believe bumps in the way can lead to interesting insights and learning moments. I often hear from people or teams that they are stuck in old patterns. I help make this insightful so that they can learn from their strength. I supervise and coach people and teams during changes and transitions from a systemic angle, because a man is not separate from his environment. My coachings and trainings are a sign of experience and doing. Through my training, the unconscious is addressed, so that patterns, wishes, blockages, talents and solutions come to light.
