Telephone Acquisition Course
By making telephone acquisition interviews, most people call for restraint or even fear. How do you prevent excessive restraint in the acquisition interview? How do you make sure the right people speak? How can you convert customer objections to arguments that advocate your product? And how do you control the conversation without providing your customers with a feeling?
Because of our two-day training Telephone acquisition , this reluctance can quickly be turned into enthusiasm. You will gain insight into your own style of acquisition and also learn how to optimize this style. You will find that conversations will simply be fun! In the training you will first learn to put your product and organisation into words: what are the advantages of your product for the customer? Once you are well aware of what you have to offer, you can respond to the specific needs of the customer. The preparation of a belscript is an efficient tool, so you always have a guideline during the acquisition. In our training you will be aware of your role in the building of a conversation, how you can create openings in the conversation and how you can send the conversation yourself.

The description above gives a good indication of what the training will look like. However, the content may vary slightly per workout. In Learnit Training we think in customization: practical situations of the participants are always our starting and ending points. Individual intake interviews prior to the training will be used to enumerate the learning objectives of the participants. On this basis, the final programme of the training is determined. Learning by experienced state in our trainings is paramount, because nothing is so demotivating as a teacher who is lesson time full of talk. The training requires an active commitment and ownership of each participant, resulting in the discovery and development of new skills and opportunities.
The training is ideally suited for marketing staff and account managers, as well as for other employees who are involved in their work with telephone acquisition.
No prior knowledge is required for this training.
The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.
