Hoe krijg je tijdens een reorganisatie mensen mee in een verandering: welke onderstroom speelt er mee als je verandert, hoe ga je om met afscheid van het oude (rouw) en hoe motiveer en beïnvloed je het gedrag bij verandering.

Wanneer iets van bovenaf wordt opgelegd waar een medewerker zelf geen invloed op heeft resulteert dit soms in weerstand. Vaak beseffen medewerkers best dat een reorganisatie niet te voorkomen is om het bedrijf gezond te houden. Ze willen alleen wél betrokken worden bij dit proces, omdat veranderingen ook van invloed zijn op hun werkzaamheden. Aan jou de taak om de medewerkers tijdig te informeren en ze voldoende inspraakmogelijkheden te geven. Het is van cruciaal belang om vanaf het begin draagvlak voor de plannen te creëren bij je medewerkers, omdat je ze op die manier bondgenoot maakt van de plannen. Betrek de hele afdeling, geef werknemers de tijd om aan de nieuwe situatie te wennen en houd inspraakronden om iedereen te horen.

  • Customised work is central to us: by means of an intake interview the trainer will enumerate your personal learning goals. On this basis, the final programme of the training is determined.
  • We find a safe training atmosphere important because you have to feel comfortable when experimenting with new knowledge and skills.
  • We strongly believe in doing and experiencing, rather than telling about the content of training, which makes all our trainings active in nature.
  • In order to guarantee the quality of the training, we apply a maximum group size of eight participants for the training, so that we can guarantee the learning effect and efficiency.

Language

The training is provided by default in Dutch. The trainer controls the English language. English course material can be used. When registering at least 3 participants, the training can also be provided entirely in English.

We also organize this training online. For this we use Webbex or Zoom. Logging in with Skype is also possible. On request this training can also be organized with Microsoft Teams.

The training lasts 4 sessions of 3 hours, spread over 4 weeks.
